The Winner of this years Invitation Cup was Gareth Williams from Penmaenmawr. He is the top junior at the Penmaenmawr club and the winner of this event last year. He played some very good snooker on the day. Runner Up on the day was Aaron Parry who had a really rough ride on his way to the final, defeating Danny Griffith, Owen Bracegirdle & Tomos Parry. It was a very good final and a lot closer than the scoreline 2-0. They were two very close frames, all on the colours. Gareth was a very worthy winner on the day!!! This event would not have been possible had it not been for the support given by the Members and Officials of Penmaenmawr Snooker Club. The tables were all excellent and enjoyable to play on and all helped to make the event the success it was. Thankyou also to the parents and fellow North Wales club members who came to give their support to the players.

Aaron Parry from Llanerchymedd Semi Finalist at the Beach Hotel's 17 & Under Competition, Doubles Finalist in Amlwch and a hugely improved and dedicated player over the last 6 months. 3. Nathan Davenport from Corwen Finalist in the Amlwch Junior Competition, Junior Doubles Champion and Semi Finalist in last years Invitation Cup. 4. Gareth Williams from Penmaenmawr Penmaenmawr Junior Club Champion for the last 3 years and last years Invitation Cup Winner. 5. Byron Lloyd from Llanberis Finalist of the Llanfair Junior Singles Competition and finalist in the last Competition of 2005 held in Llanberis. 6. Danny Griffith from Llanrug Finalist in the Competition held at the Beach Hotel and Winner of the Junior Competition in Amlwch. 7. Albert Bedlow from Llanberis Llanberis Junior team player winner in Llanerchymedd. A much improved player in 2005. 8. Owen Bracegirdle from Llanrug Winner of the Junior Singles Competitions in Llanfair & Llanberis. 9. Stuart Jones from Cemaes Semi Finalist in the Singles Competition in Cemaes and a promising young player for the future. 10. Tomos Parry from Llanberis Winner of the Singles Competition in Cemaes and the team event in Llanerchymedd. Tomos was also a Finalist in last years Invitation Cup. 11. Matthew Jones from Llanerchymedd Finalist in the Beach Hotel 13 & Under Competition. A Naturally Gifted player with a great future. 12. Tobi Smith from Penmaenmawr Has never entered one of Paul's competitions, but has showed a lot of talent during coaching sessions. A lot of match experience from League games where he plays for his home club Penmaenmawr.
